14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Digital Guides)
Every digital guide and bundle we sell is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of your order and we'll issue a full refund — no hoops to jump through. You keep the download; we just want you to feel good about the purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The name of the guide or bundle you purchased
- Your order number, if you have it handy
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Services (Audits, Website Builds & Retainers)
Done-for-you services — GBP audits, website critiques, website builds, ads management, and monthly retainers — are custom work and are governed by the specific agreement or proposal for that engagement. Because these involve scheduled time and delivered work, they are not covered by the 14-day digital-guide guarantee. Any deposit and payment terms are set out in your proposal before work begins.
